The Maxwell equations were solved with the use of a licensed version of the symbolic mathematics software package Maple 11 produced by Waterloo Maple ( Canada). All formulas derived in our study of this problem can be easily obtained in the original form (Maple files) by addressing the author (sheromov@inbox.ru), but reading these files requires any version of the Maple package to be installed on the user's computer. The point is that the formulas generated by the computer are extremely cumbersome and, therefore, not suitable for the visual analysis (some formulas occupy several pages).
