I was born in Novosibirsk, Russia, on January, 16, in 1936.
My father, Alexander Sheromov, was a certified construction specialist. My mother, Nina, was a housewife.
When I was 6, my father was accused of political treason. No one knew what exactly was the reason, and he never told us the verdict. I think he was afraid that we could start talking leading to us being imprisoned too.
In 3 years, in 1944 father was set free, even though he was sentenced to 8 years with no correspondence. We had to live in the countryside, since father was not allowed to live in the city.
I had graduated from Novosibirsk Institute of water transport and then started working as a mechanic all groups of ships
In the 60s I came back to the institute that time as a teacher. Those were good times and we had a lot of research work for the river navigation industry.
Unfortunately, in 1991, the Perestroyka destroyed the system that connected the science to production and business.
I can no longer keep up with the pace of scientific progress of IC engines, but it seems to me I have succeeded in my theoretical work on functioning of self-organizing systems.
